What is the commission for a successful referral?
We offer a generous 15% commission on the first year's contract value for every new customer you refer to Agorapulse. We want to reward you for helping us grow, and we believe in sharing in that success.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated and paid out on a quarterly basis. All commissions earned in a given quarter will be paid out within 30 days after the end of that quarter (e.g., Q3 commissions are paid by the end of October). Please note there is a minimum payout threshold of $50.
How are referrals tracked?
We track referrals in two simple and fair ways to ensure you always get credit:
- Your Unique Link: When you join, you'll get a unique referral link. When someone clicks your link, a 90-day tracking cookie is placed on their browser. If they sign up for a paid plan within those 90 days, you'll be credited for the sale.
- Manual Lead Submission: You can also register a lead directly in your partner dashboard. This also creates a 90-day window where you will be credited if that lead becomes a customer.
You'll have full visibility into the status of all your referrals directly in your partner dashboard.
What counts as a qualified referral?
A qualified referral is a brand new lead for Agorapulse that signs up for a paid subscription. This does not include existing customers, current leads already in our sales pipeline, or previous customers.
Is there a limit to how much commission I can earn?
Absolutely not! There is no cap on the amount of commission you can earn. The more successful referrals you send our way, the more you'll get paid.
Do I need to be an Agorapulse customer to be a Referral Partner?
No, you don't need to be a customer to join the program. However, we find that the most successful referral partners are those who know and love the product and can speak authentically about its value.
